Service Description
This session is open to all fitness levels – everything will be adapted to your ability. ✨ We’ll begin with functional stretches to keep your body flexible, mobile, and healthy. 🔥 Then, we’ll move into calisthenics bodyweight training, learning together the beauty, strength, and possibilities of our own bodies. 🧘 With me, you’ll also get a taste of my philosophy: the 3 pillars of life – Body, Mind, and Soul. My specialty is Body, which I divide into: Vitality (flexibility, strength, balance, endurance) and Nutrition. In these sessions, we’ll focus on vitality. All four qualities are equally important for a strong, resilient life. 💧 Bring water 🧘 Optional: bring your own mat And of course, after the workout we’ll take time to connect and network with like-minded people.
